In short, I think the number one reason I enjoy working at Mailtrust is the people. It sounds cliché but I have friends elsewhere who bemoan Monday mornings. No one that I know of at Mailtrust does that at all.

I think working in an environment where everyone is motivated and is legitimately excited about the mission of the company makes for a more enjoyable working experience. Mailtrust also takes great strides to hire people in positions that fit the person's own ambitions and goals.

Energetic and motivated co-workers really enable everyone to feel like they are a part of something special. Again, it sounds like a greeting card, but it's true. I consider myself motivated and hard working, so working with others with these traits creates an environment where I am constantly challenged. Every day, I'm gaining unique exposure to different aspects of the business, learning more about service and support, learning about new technologies, and having a really good time doing so.
