When I started with Mailtrust in August 2004, there were less than a dozen employees. Since then, we have grown at an unbelievable rate. We merged with Rackspace in 2007 and working here is better than ever.

I've worked for several companies (government contracts and a state university), none of which actually sold a product to the public like Mailtrust does. What a huge difference! Things move at quite a fast pace around here and there is no limit to the challenges and learning opportunities. I'll admit that I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning.

What impressed me about Mailtrust to begin with was that these guys were so young when they started this company and made all the sacrifices necessary for success. What continues to impress me is their dedication to serving the customer and growing the company with bright and fun employees. What surprises me is the lack of big egos that I've seen elsewhere.

I'm glad that Pat, Kevin, and Bill hired me. Mailtrust allows me to work flexible hours and to work from home, which is awesome since I have a family. Flexibility is the most important benefit for me, but there are lots of other nice perks. There is no question that I am happy working here and fortunate to be a part of this team.
