Managed Mail Engineer

I've been working for Mailtrust for almost two years now—and I've been loving it the whole time. I found my way into the company through some friends of mine. I put in my application, and after a week or two of intense interviews, I was part of the great team of people I work with now.

From the first day, I could clearly see the benefits of working at Mailtrust—ranging from a well-stocked pantry, to an excellent health and dental plan. But, more importantly, the people themselves are great. It seems like every week or two there's a company get-together of some sort, and I play football with a group of Mailtrust employees every Tuesday. And of course there are always the Virginia Tech tailgates, where pretty much the whole crew turns out to enjoy a day in the sun together.

On the work front, I started as a standard Customer Care Guy, and in the past year have already advanced to higher-level Customer Support, with even more openings ahead of me. To sum it up: the people are great, and so is the job. My philosophy has always been that to enjoy your job is more important than making money, but at Mailtrust I get to have both.
