I've been with Mailtrust since May 2003, and I work here because I like the challenge. Average here is equivalent to great elsewhere. We are pushing the edge of the envelope every day and every week. And we surprise and impress each other regularly. Pat has created a work environment in which new ideas can be safely cultivated even if some don't pan out. Even as we crest 65 employees (October 2007) our entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.
