Yes. The latest release of our Sync product offering includes the ability to sync data to a user's BlackBerry mobile device and/or Windows Mobile device. In addition we will continue to develop additional sync clients, including those that support mobile devices.

Yes. You can schedule the plug-in to automatically synchronize your data, as frequently as every 30 minutes.
The company directory is maintained by your domain administrator. When you sync the company directory with Outlook, Outlook allows you to make changes to company directory entries. These changes, however, will remain on your computer only, and will not be applied to the actual company directory.
Likewise, events in another user's shared calendar are maintained by its respective owner. When you sync another user's shared calendar with Outlook, Outlook will allow you to make changes to that user's calendar, but those changes will remain on your computer only, and will not be applied to the user's shared calendar.
When attempting to synchronize items you have changed, either in the company directory or in a user's shared calendar, you may receive an alert message, explaining that you have changed some read-only items.
We use a version of the "generally available" Funambol Data Synchronization Server, Version 6.0, extended to operate against our databases (http://www.funambol.com/opensource/).
