Excedent Signs Nigeria-based SolvITcom as Indirect Channel Partner

Blacksburg, VA (May 10, 2002) - Excedent today announced the signing of SolvITcom, a Nigerian-based Web services firm, to a long term partnership by which SolvITcom will resell the Excedent hosted messaging platform throughout Nigeria.

Under the terms of this deal, SolvITcom will offer a private label solution to their business customers in Nigeria. They plan to integrate the solution into their business-to-business ASP offering.
