The New City Media team prides itself in creating award-winning, cutting-edge websites for their customers. Though their focus is directed at website design, they also provide their customers with web hosting and email hosting services.
The email hosting component soon proved to be complicated, though, as spam and virus management became more time consuming and demanding.
New City Media's network administrator, Phil Pelanne, has always provided a high level of service to his clients. Yet, his days were becoming filled with searches for spam prevention programs and data management solutions. And since their system did not include tools for streamlining common email functions, Pelanne found himself managing mundane tasks, such as manually enabling and disabling vacation messages for clients. Over time, these became daily, time-consuming responsibilities. While Pelanne is still actively involved, he can now focus on working with his design teams to make sure his customers get the award winning websites they want.
