Domain Transfers

If you choose to have Mailtrust serve as both your domain registrar and your DNS host, Mailtrust will initiate the transfer by sending a notice to your domain's registrar. The registrar will then contact your organization to verify that you requested to transfer the domain. They may contact you by email or by phone.

You may, however, need to manually unlock your domain. To do so, you can contact your registrar directly. Or, if you have access to your registrar's control panel, you can unlock the domain yourself.
