I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased we are with the responsiveness of the mail servers we are running with Webmail.us. We were having all sorts of problems with the mail server included with the service with our ISP--lost messages, duplicates, highly inefficient spam filtering, frequent server timeouts, and just lackluster performance in general. Since we have moved our mail to your servers, we haven't had any operational trouble, and send/receives happen almost instantaneously, whereas before we were seeing some serious lag time, like between 5 minutes and sometimes up to four hours!

The Webmail interface is nicely laid out as well; it's practical and easy to navigate which makes it much easier on my users and consequently easier for me. Thanks again for all your help in getting us set up and moved over. The support department was highly responsive in getting back to me on my questions, and their knowledge and expertise helped make quick work of any issues I had.
