Webmail.us is the best online provider of email hosting, period.

I would like to tell you that our users absolutely LOVE the new email system and the excellent features it offers, especially the spam/virus filtering. The Webmail interface is excellent and the administration is so much simpler. Shivaani AjwaniI love those guys, they have been nothing short of stellar...They're cheap, reliable, and extremely helpful.
The staff are great. Even with some of my "dumberer" questions, they have been patient and friendly. I've got my website hosted elsewhere and they helped me get the DNS settings for the web host all straightened out. I also like the ability to generate a webmail login page for use in my own site (http://www.mattbeals.com/webmail.html)--very handy. If you have a small workgroup, they have some interesting features that they are rolling out this year.
I obviously get a lot of email since I'm on a lot of mail lists. My email archive of the mail that I have kept is over 65,000 messages and 1.4GB since I started with Webmail.us. I get so little spam with these guys. And I've never gotten a Windows-based virus. Which, being a Mac user isn't such a big deal (yet). But I do have PCs that I use for email. And the speed in which I get mail is incredible. Some of my messages post to forums in what seems like just a minute or two. I don't recall "waiting" for an email like I did with my ISPs and corporate email servers. Even the company that I worked for that had a T-3 for web/email. I also knew that whatever hosting company I went with had to offer IMAP4 and a clean and friendly web interface that was Mac friendly.
And I got it all for a song and a dance...I think it's $65.00 for 5 accounts for a year? Each with 100MB of storage?? That's just plain old fashion cheap.

Kirk, Kyle, and Brian all were very prompt and helpful. The lack of willingness to help is the reason I left my last e-mail provider.

Charles CopseyI have worked with many companies over the years but none quite like yours--from the people in customer service to the technicians, all are very impressive (great attitudes, smart and timely). It is obvious you are not satisfied with the status quo but are working and focusing on bigger and better things, and it shows. Webmail.us has done a great job for me, and I see why--the answer is always the same, people. I would think one of your biggest issues is how to let potential customers know how good you are.
