I have spent countless hours working on my email and have in the past been on the phone with my DNS registrar, my tech people, my web hosting provider (which is only accessible by email) and others. I must say, your customer care group has been phenomenal, not only attentive and responsive but extremely knowledgeable.
The response time to my tickets and emails was merely minutes. The reps I worked with were Brian, Kyle and Ben. All were not only knowledgeable but had a great attitude and definitely wanted to help. It was Ben that picked up the phone and called me as he could probably tell how confused I was. He performed some kind of magic, and I call it magic because nobody else I spoke with could figure it out, and we were able to get everything working in minutes.
Please let me remind you that others were constantly pointing me in the wrong direction, and when I say others I mean my registrar, my web host, etc. Your team is phenomenal and I really think you should recognize Ben for the great job he did, he saved me a ton of time which results in money.

Noah RosenblattAround two years ago, we decided to outsource our e-mail. The costs of running our own mail server were getting out of control, not to mention the hassle of trying to reduce the amount of spam. Unfortunately we did not know of Webmail.us at the time and went with another provider.
