Webmail.us has been the perfect solution for organizing my e-mail between my desktop and my laptop when I travel. I had tried various servers and combinations of servers and none were as simple, reliable and efficient as Webmail.us. My Treo, my lifeline, suddenly stopped receiving emails. As a small business owner, it's critical that I be able to track what's going on when I'm out of the office. After trying a number of things to get it going again, I was at a loss and didn't know who to call. On a whim, I called the support group at Webmail in the hopes that someone might be able to help me. I was fortunate to get to speak with Sebastian Brooks. I was aware that this wasn't really his area of support (or anyone at Webmail for that matter) but he happily walked me through setting up a new user account and got my Treo working again in less than 10 minutes. All in time for a business trip to New York and without making me feel like the technology dunce I really am.

It's nice to know that, at least at one company, support really means SUPPORT. When I was at my wits end, I called Webmail and Sebastian came through for me.

New Canaan Partners

I am writing you today because I want you to know what great service Brian Matthews is providing your customers. My dealings with Webmail.us have been relatively short-lived, but after today I am confident that I will be a client of yours for quite some time to come. Having just started my company in February, I registered my domain at godaddy.com simply because a friend had directed me to them. Shortly thereafter, an IT consultant informed me that given my situation (two offices/two computers and only one person) I would be best served using an IMAP server. On April 1, I signed on for a 30-day trial at Webmail.us, and am now a full-time customer.

Since then, I have encountered some issues, but nothing that was too problematic or disconcerting, until this past weekend. Over the last several days the emails I received were not making it to Entourage (I use macs). Compounding the frustration was the fact that I do utilize the two different machines, and each was missing different emails. Being a one-member firm, I serve as receptionist, analyst, VP, CEO, and IT Professional, which is fun but very challenging when things don't go as planned. Over the past 1.5 days I worked with customer service to remedy this situation, but to no avail. That is, until I started working with Brian Matthews this morning. All of your customer service professionals have been responsive and tried to help, but Brian took ownership of the problem. Brian managed the situation perfectly, staying in touch with me and running the necessary tests to identify and fix the problem. All told, Brian and I probably worked together for about 3 hours. A short period of time yes, but were it not for his hands-on, can-do responsiveness, I would likely be looking for a new email hosting service this very minute.

In the end it all worked out for everyone. However, that would not be the case if I hadn't had the good fortune of working with Brian Matthews. You should be proud to have him on your team.
