JamesI have been a Webmail customer for almost two years and could not be happier with their service. My previous provider was an absolute joke--one problem after another. Webmail, on the other hand, has a winning combination of excellent service, reliability, and customer support that is second to none. I have never experienced a single problem with their service and only recently contacted customer support to inquire about an upgrade. Not only did I receive a response in record time, but the upgrade was completed in less than 5 minutes--service I once only dreamed of!! Any time I've needed to contact support for changes in my service or to just ask questions on how things work, I've always received a quick response. From my DNS settings to questions on additional mailboxes, I've never had a question go unanswered for more then a few minutes. Everyone is always courteous and professional and more then willing to help me out.
The spam filter has been great too. Since switching over to Webmail.us in November of 2005, my companyâ's spam has dwindled, leaving us more time for work and less time hitting delete. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Webmail.us.

Yancy ShepherdI am writing to commend your company, Webmail.us, Inc., and specifically a member of your staff for service and support above and beyond the call of duty.
I started a new job on January 4th and spent most of my time supporting an in-house email server running Mac OS 9.1 with Eudora. After several weeks' research and after receiving much convincing, I moved our staff email to Webmail.us. Everything was great for the first few hours, not a single glitch, until we discovered we were not receiving email orders from our website.
No one knew that the forms generated on our off-site web server used our now defunct in-house SMTP mail server to relay email. As the majority of our membership, class enrollments, and money are generated through our website, this was a disaster.
I was fortunate; a Mr. Jonathan Hartman at Webmail support answered my call. At first we thought it was an MX record issue. Later, we figured out that what we were trying to do was not a Webmail problem or even supported. That didn't stop Mr. Hartman, however, from checking in with me and providing ideas for workarounds. He checked in late on a Friday night and when he sent an email on a Sunday afternoon, I almost wept. He was an answer to my prayers. Suffice it to say that a workaround was implemented and all is well.
As for Webmail.us and Mr. Hartman, you have provided the best technical assistance I have ever received in 20+ years in this business. I'm a Webmail.us fan! Please keep up the good work; it's a pleasure to see a business so focused and knowledgeable employees so dedicated.

Jim WilsonWe changed to Webmail because our last provider gave little or no service. I got tired of mail being down for hours or days at a time and waiting almost as long on hold to even reach a voicemail. With Webmail, they got back in touch with me within minutes and helped me through all the set up--and I had lots of questions. It was all taken care of before I ever heard back from my original provider about being down.
The one time I had some delay with our mail recently, again within minutes I'd heard from Webmail. There was a slight problem and they were working on it. We had maybe a fifteen minute delay after I became aware there was a problem.
Just knowing there is someone out there who cares about my company's email as much as I do means a lot. Thanks.
