We really messed up our email system, and she went beyond our expectations to correct our problems and restored my ability to retrieve email at my "Business Owner's Work Station". The entire history and electronic arm of our business was broken all week, which means we were crippled and could not send or receive data in my Executive Suite. She executed your services in a expert and professional manner. Furthermore, her remote repair amazed my staff; they all watched her work her magic.

Until today I have been using your service through a desktop client, but today due to certain circumstances, I was forced to use the browser interface. The interface is really seamless and easy to use. Gmail gets the press but this is what a real nice interface looks like.

In the US, our labor rate is higher than offshore, so we have to work smarter. Rather than hire an expensive system administrator for email, rather than outsource it to someone in India who might not do it right, just assemble your IT infrastructure from existing components which work great, such as Webmail.us.

Much as the Planet Terminus in Asimov's trilogy developed great technology because they were resource poor, so must the US move to building systems by assembling components such as Webmail.us, in order to bring down our huge IT overhead costs.
