I'm a personal, non-business customer with a very basic hosting plan. I've had my first tech issue today, a minor problem with mailbox sizes not showing up properly, real non-emergency situation, I didn't even expect a reply the same day. I've submitted a support request via the website and within several minutes I received an email response from an actual support person, not some automated copy-an-paste job. He even called me up few minutes later to explain in detail what the problem was and soon the glitch was fixed. I was really surprised (jaw-drop surprised) to receive this level of personal support and this quickly to such a petty issue. It's so unheard of in today's world, it's refreshing and extremely encouraging, I'm very glad I picked Webmail.us.
