I don't know how you guys do it... I really don't... I have not run into a more helpful, patient and respectful group of people in any other technology business. I had some really weird, at least I think they were, questions last night at 3 or 4 am your time and Jesse was incredibly helpful.

The problem I was having was with your CRAM-MD5 authentication and my phpBB based web forum. Apparently phpBB doesn't play well with CRAM-MD5 and I was unable to send email messages through the site. Jesse explained very clearly what the problem was, why it is so, and possible alternatives for me. No one but you has that kind of service.

If there's anything I can ever do for *you* please let me know. It's not much but if you'd like a tab on my website or a link of some sort I would be ecstatic to put one up for you.

I've been using Webmail.us for about 6 months now and wish I used them a lot sooner. Need I say more; well I will anyway...

I have literally seen only one spam slip thru the filters in all that time and it was a big surprise because it took about 5 months before it happened. The filters work great and their support doesn't get much better than you could ask for. And just based on my judgment when I try to access my email is that their uptime is at least 99.99% or better and the email setup for your email account is pretty straight forward.

I still would rate their support excellent.

If I had to grade them where 100 was perfect, I'd honestly grade them about 97. I deduct 2 for some features perhaps I'd like to see and 1 for miscellaneous.

Bottom line is, I don't think you will be disappointed coming here. I know there are cheaper email accounts but the money spent here will be "well spent."

And last, just for the record, I am only a paying customer here with no other interests as I write this testimony.
