From day one it was very apparent that there was personalized accountability supporting Mailtrust. Whatever questions or problems I've ever had were always followed through by the same person; and that person was always very, very quick to respond. Their technical gurus are patient and have always walked me through problems with directions using terms and language that I can understand. I've had my account for over three years; maybe I've had reason to contact them for help once or twice a year. I'd venture to say that there's never been any outage or interruption that totally disenabled my ability to receive or send email; enhancements and upgrades have always been seamless with lots of advanced notice. They operate as if everyone who works there owns the company. And I know darned well that their attention to detail and devotion to keeping customers happy has literally reminded me how to be more successful in my world of work. I wish I had a better handle on writing compliments; but the best I can do is that Mailtrust is a kick-butt enterprise that has always performed beyond my expectations.
