Mailtrust came recommended to us after our web hosting and email service company went out of business. I was reluctant to start a new relationship with someone for email hosting, but it worked out great. I am not a very technical person, but Mailtrust makes it easy for me to be in control of everything that has to do with email in my company. I think it took me about 20 minutes to set my whole company up with email boxes and alias email boxes. I did have to call Tech Support a couple times to get some clarification on a few things. I am happy to report that Technical Support was friendly, patient, and actually very helpful!

I recommend Mailtrust to anyone who wants a reliable service for their email that is easy to use.

Before we switched over to Mailtrust, we were simply using the email services provided by our web hosting companies. I had a client that was having many problems with their email providers. They had trouble sending mail. Mail was delayed or not delivered at all, and they were getting tons of spam. They were losing business left and right. The email providers we used would always say nothing was wrong and it wasn't their issue. I had found Mailtrust through Google looking for a reliable email host. After reading about their technology and the services that were provided, it sounded like a good choice. Now our email works great, even sending email, which had been a problem with quite a few providers we used. We don't have an ISP that lets us use them for outbound email. That's where Mailtrust helped, since we could use them for our outgoing server and it was reliable. On a side note, even their spam decreased by a great deal even though that was not a necessary requirement. I recommend them where I can for any outside hosting since they have been so reliable for me. =)

MacGurus

MacGurus has been a successful business since 1995. We acquired and re-opened the MacGurus online store in the summer of 2003. Since we had such an "old" domain, it was a major target for spam and dictionary email attacks. We went through three different hosts in one year. All of them were interviewed regarding handling attacks of our magnitude, and we were assured that they could handle it. Ultimately, each host gave up and literally kicked us off their servers with no warning. The last host kicked us off at 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 4. We called Webmail that evening and got the CEO on the phone. Apparently, their holiday party was in full swing, and he was on call. We were suitably impressed with the urgent response and the mad scramble by Webmail's CEO and staff to get us back up and running within hours of our initial call. It was personal service at its finest. We have been a loyal customer ever since. Email is critical to our business and partnering with Webmail has made us even more successful.

Even AFTER extensive research, all of which pointed to Mailtrust as the cream of the crop, I was still terrified of switching to them. But that turned out to be groundless, as the service has been remarkable. I've only called for a customer service issue twice, and both times I received an immediate response from a real person who knew what they were talking about. I was losing sleep with my previous provider, and now I'm relaxed again. Their affiliation with Rackspace makes me sleep even better!
