We are a community bank in Northwest Kansas and have a total of 4 locations. We decided to use Mailtrust because we did not want to manage our own mail server and Mailtrust offered the solution that fit our needs. It is easy to manage and provides secure messaging between our internal mailboxes and allows us access to our mail when we are traveling. I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Mailtrust and the customer support is excellent.

We have a team of 6 people that are in 3 different offices and must communicate not only with our customers across the USA but with our suppliers around the globe. Email is the core communication tool for our business given that all of our orders, contracts and regular communication depend on email. In fact we have our faxes sent to us via email and our voicemail is also delivered via email.
We have setup our own domain name - Sabrefoods.com that provide us a professional email appearance and we use Noteworthy's alias features to create group email addresses so people can easily send one email to the entire company.
Additionally, to keep in contact on the road, we use BlackBerries. These work well with the Noteworthy service and provide us the ability to keep in touch while traveling in the USA or during frequent trips abroad.
Service for the Noteworthy service has been excellent over the past 3+ years we have used it. The uptime has been amazing and when we do have a question or concern, the helpdesk quickly answers all messages and has resolved things very quickly.
I have recommended the service to several other small business owners as a great, reliable and inexpensive solution for email.
